We’ve got answers!
I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before. Is that ok?
Of course! There are numerous levels of classes in our studio. We suggest you start with a beginner’s class. We also suggest that you come 10 minutes early to your first class to get acquainted with your instructor and the equipment.
Is this Classical Pilates?
No. We are a Pilates Studio offering pilates on Reformers. We have different kind of classes working on different goals and levels.
Do I need dance background to take Barre?
Absolutely not! While Barre draws on some dance & ballet principles it is 100% NOT a dance class. The killer music may make you feel like getting your groove on, though, and we won’t stop you! 😉
How long are classes?
All classes are 50 minutes long.
How do I book a class?

What is the difference between a membership and a single class purchases?
Memberships are our monthly auto-renew options and have a 2 month minimum commitment. We have several options ATTACH LINK, so you can find the perfect fit for you. They provide the best value and keep you accountable, so you can reach your goals.
Single Class purchases are a certain number of classes you have to use in a 6 month period of time. These are one time purchase and do not auto renew. Perfect if you want the convenience of easy booking, but not the commitment of a membership.

Can I have my phone in class?
We would love for you to take the 50 minutes you’re with us as a chance to unplug and leave your cell phone in your locker. If you need to keep it with you, it must be on SILENT (not vibrate) and tucked away. Should you need to take an emergency call, we ask that you step outside to answer.
Can I bring my kids with me?
We love kids, but for safety reasons, cannot accommodate kids sitting in the waiting area while a caregiver takes class. No kids under the age of 16 are allowed in classes.
